My client are an independent Manufacturer operating in the heart of West Yorkshire who are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their already well established warm & friendly team
Duties
· Pro-actively nurture, develop and maintain existing customer base to drive and increase sales
· Effectively respond to new sales enquiries from costing to follow-up
· Generate quotes and tenders to optimize profitability
· Provide technical and professional experience to build customer relations
· Process new and repeat orders.
· Purchasing of raw materials.
· Process and manage orders for the Ecommerce site.
· Deal with and manage customer complaints
Person Specification
· Previous experience, and proven record in a similar role is essential
· Industry/manufacturing knowledge is desirable but not essential
· Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written
· Must be pro-active in managing new and existing sales accounts
· Good at relationship building at all levels of an organisation
· Self-motivated and able to organise
· Must have sound Commercial awareness.
· Must be upbeat, friendly, and professional
· Comfortable to work within small team
· Good team player, willing to help and support Sales colleagues
· Excellent eye for detail is essential
