Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Sutton Coldfield based client to recruit for a Sales Administrator on a full time basis to cover maternity leave.



This role is expected to last 6 - 9 months. 



Main duties of the Sales Administration role include but are not limited to:




  • Processing customer orders

  • Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email

  • Produce weekly and monthly reports

  • Input data into the inhouse system

  • Resolve customer complaints



The ideal candidate will:




  • Have previous Sales Administration experience

  • Be used to working in a busy, fast-paced environment

  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written



This is a full time role working Monday to Friday.



This role would suit someone who has previously worked within a Sales Administrator/Customer Service role.
