Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing multiple tasks simultaneously?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills?

Join our client as a Sales Administrator, supporting both brokering and lending arms. You'll manage administrative tasks, keep our CRM up-to-date, and ensure smooth sales processes.

Location: Northampton
Salary: up to �30,000 per annum + monthly commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team with administration tasks (finance documents, quotations, proposals)
  • Submit finance applications and perform credit checks
  • Ensure document accuracy before authorising payments
  • Maintain CRM records and client information
  • Generate and verify invoices and commission documents
  • Assist with client onboarding and KYC checks
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Support internal credit team with credit searches

What you need:

  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Experience in administration or sales support
  • Strong communication skills (in-person, email, phone)
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Proactive problem solver with positive telephone manner
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; CRM and Xero knowledge beneficial
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and a team player
