Sales Administrator A leading organisation based in Portadown. Are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team due to continued growth. This is a Full Time, Permanent Position. Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch) or 8.30am start with (30min lunch) With a salary of £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Job Role: You will be responsible for the general sales administration support to the team. Essential Criteria: Previous experience in a similar role. IT experience (email, MS Office, ERP system). Good telephone manner. Friendly, engaging personality with customers. Reliable, confidential. Main Duties and Responsibilities: General assistance and support to sales rep portfolio of customers in NI, ROI & GB. Follow daily call schedule for customers next day deliveries. Answer queries from customers in relation to products, pricing, deliveries, availability of product. Liaise with customers in relation to product specs. Inform rep of any issues relating to customer accounts, potential product lines that could be introduced. Source potential new customers for rep to follow up.
