The role will work remotely but must be located within easy commute of Fleet, UK for regular in-person meetings. Who we are: Brandgility is a SaaS (Software as a Service) company based in Fleet, UK. Our platform allows organizations to store and share brand assets while enabling their workforce to effortlessly build marketing collateral using smart templates that automatically comply with brand guidelines. Our customers include Hilton, P&G, AT&T and UPS. Responsibilities: ·
Assist with scheduling sales meetings and demos.·
Assist with preparing and/or collating presentations, materials, and any other sales related information.·
Responding to inquiries from potential customers, regarding product information, pricing, etc.·
Following up on sales calls and other opportunities.·
Maintaining up-to-date sales records on HubSpot.·
Administrating quotes, contracts, and other paperwork.·
Communicating with internal teams to ensure correct onboarding and delivery of other services.·
Prospect, competitor, and other sales related research.·
Contacting targeted prospects and setting up initial meetings.·
Prepare sales reports. Minimum qualifications:·
2 years’ experience in a similar role.·
Expertise in using HubSpot or other similar CRM systems.
