Job Title: Sales AdministratorSalary: up to £28,000 per annum dependent upon experienceLocation: Saffron Walden, EssexAn opportunity has become available to join an approved Part 145 MRO as a Sales Administrator at their site just outside of Saffron Walden, Essex. The company specialises in developing new repairs for aircraft components via Part 21J design and has a full range of C- ratings as well as a CAA BCAR approved aerospace welding workshop. They provide component repairs to a wide range of aircraft operators including Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, ATR and Bombardier. The company offers solutions on reliability problems, reducing delays, lowering operator and FHA providers stock holding requirements, associated administration and costs.The purpose of the role is to regularly liaise with their Airline Partners to manage, track and progress the maintenance and repair of their airline components from arrival at the facility to their safe return. You will be responsible for regularly reviewing works progress on the workshop floor, working closely with the Engineers, Workshop Manager, Planning, Logistics and Quality to ensure service and delivery doesn’t fall behind and deadlines are met.You will handle every aspect of managing the administration and customer service processes required to deliver end to end service to some of the biggest airline companies in the world.This is a permanent position working Monday- Friday, 8.00am- 4.30pm.
