The Role:

We are actively seeking an experienced Motor Trade Sales Administrator to join our client’s team in Northwest London.

Working alongside a team of 4 administrators, you will be responsible for processing both new and used vehicles across 6 dealerships within the group. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Administrator:

Manage the documentation and paperwork for new and used vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Handle the registration process for vehicles, ensuring all paperwork for taxation and legal requirements is completed.

Prepare invoices for customers and ensure all financial documents are accurately processed and maintained.

Update and maintain vehicle stock records, ensuring all vehicles are logged and tracked.

Coordinate with the sales team and dealership managers to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and handover to customers.

Handle queries from customers regarding vehicle availability, paperwork, and delivery timelines.

Organise vehicle movements between dealerships and prepare delivery schedules to ensure timely handover to clients.

Work with finance providers to ensure finance paperwork is processed correctly and handle any related warranty documentation.

Ensure all sales documentation complies with legal and financial regulations, including insurance, VAT, and contract agreements.

Generate reports on sales performance, stock levels, and other key metrics for management review.

Address and resolve any issues related to vehicle sales, documentation, or customer satisfaction efficiently and professionally.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 [experience dependent].

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am – 5:30pm]!!
