A long-standing Manufacturing client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Temporary Sales Administrator to join their team immediately. Working full-time Monday - Thursday 8:25am - 4:55pm & Friday 8:25am - 3:25pm and paying �11.44 - �12.30 per hour depending on experience.


Your key duties in this Sales Administrator role will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering the sales phone line and updating CRM lead database
  • Dealing with all email enquiries
  • Ensure pre-qualified & vetted leads are passed onto the correct team
  • Answering the commercial sales enquiry phone line, take messages and
    route calls as required
  • Following up on potential leads
  • Holiday cover for receptionist
  • Other adhoc administrative duties


Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

  • Sales administration / customer service experience preferred
  • Good Microsoft windows & Excell office skills
  • Excellent written communication skills due to being customer facing first responder to emails
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Able to self-prioritise work
