Job Title: Project Sales Coordinator
Location: Office-based in Norfolk
Salary: �30,000 - �34,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

Cooper Lomaz is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in bespoke electrical heating and cooling solutions for an experienced Project Sales Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting sales and administrative processes.

Role Overview:
As a Project Sales Coordinator, you will provide daily administrative and sales support, ensuring efficient project handling and customer satisfaction. Working closely with regional sales managers and other team members, you will be key to maintaining operational excellence and client relationships.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain project files to facilitate order handovers
  • Enter orders into the company's ERP system and log variation orders
  • Prepare inquiry folders for sales engineers and generate quotations for repeat projects and service work
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and maintain sales/pipeline reports
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers to establish prequalification targets and submit pre-qualification packages
  • Manage the company's experience list and assist with tenders on client portals
  • Follow up on internal manufacturing processes and provide customer updates on ordered spares
  • Produce commercial shipping documentation and certification as required

Required Skills:

Salary & Benefits:

  • �30,000 - �34,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Working Location:

  • Office-based in Norfolk
