We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our client's busy team. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, the successful candidate will ensure efficient order processing, timely dispatches, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
. Address customer queries and translate orders efficiently
. Allocate stock, liaise with departments to meet deadlines
. Assist in solving issues affecting order dispatch
. Prepare and distribute quotations and dispatch documentation
. Coordinate with product specialists and sales teams
Profile:
. Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator role
. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail
. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
. Working knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Self-motivated, able to handle multiple priorities
