Role: Sales Administrator
Location: Brighton
Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Pay: �24,500 per annum

The Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for seamless interaction with colleagues and clients.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to ensure efficiency and high-quality customer service.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A reliable work ethic with a strong commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.
- While not mandatory, prior experience in the motor industry is an advantage.
The Role:
- Documentation Coordination: Manage the exchange of customer documentation across multiple funding systems.
- Delivery Records: Work closely with dealers to collect essential delivery documents and process them for payouts.
- CRM Administration: Keep customer records accurate and up to date within the in-house CRM system.
- Invoice Management: Prepare and distribute invoices to customers and dealers.
- Customer Support: Handle general customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
