Job Title: Sales Advisor

Location: South West England, Devon

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Thursday - Monday

Primary Industry: New Build Property Sales

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum

Benefits: Uncapped commission scheme, healthcare, private pension scheme, fuel allowance.

Company Overview: A growing and established housing developer in the South West are looking for an additional Sales Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to be part of an expanding business and progress up the ladder.

Job Duties:

• Conduct sales of new build properties
• Negotiate with potential buyers to secure sales
• Provide information and guidance to customers on the housing market
• Drive sales through effective communication and relationship building
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in sales and negotiation - estate agency or house building 
• Knowledge of the housing market and new build housing
• Valid Driving Licence and own vehicle
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
