Due to continued success and future business growth, they are recruiting for a new homes Sales Advisor to join their developments in the North East.The company are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, someone who is able to deliver effective negotiation and sales skills with a minimum of one year experience in a new homes sales advisor role.The RoleThe role of a Sales Advisor is to carry out all aspects of running the site sales. Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the purchaser's journey. This includes achieving qualified sales reservations and meeting or exceeding sales targets, as well as efficiently progressing reservations through to exchange of contracts and legal completion.Key duties and requirements: Maintaining excellent working relationships with existing customersEnsure that the general presentation of the site and the sales suite is maintained to a high standardEnsure that all relevant information is accurate at all times for the prospective buyersWorking with the Site Managers and Sales DirectorGuide potential purchasers around show homes, view homes and sites to demonstrate the productQuoting prices to customers as and when requiredBeing the first point of contact for customer issuesWorking towards team and individual incentivesSelf-management of expenses, mileage and budgetResponsible for own administrationEnsure that excellent customer relationships are maintained, by being available for customer queries as and when requiredProactively work with the Sales Director and Marketing Executive to suggest ideas to achieve increased salesEnsure that deadlines and objectives, set by the Sales Director, are met Skills and Qualifications Effective negotiation and sales skillsGood administration skillsStrong communications skillsIT literateLone working, dependant on siteA full driving licence and own vehicle is essentialPrevious experience in a sales advisor roleAbility to travel to all sales sitesAble to work weekends and bank holidaysWilling to be flexible with respect to day-to-day duties and hours worked Benefits Competitive SalaryCompetitive Bonus Scheme24 days holidays, plus bank holidaysPension Scheme To Apply If you feel you are a suitable candidate and would like to work for this reputable company, please do not hesitate to apply.JBRP1_UKTJ
