Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to completion.


• Meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.


• Work closely with the Sales Manager and site teams to ensure smooth operations.


• Maintain accurate records and provide updates on sales progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the PLC housebuilding sector is essential.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience with new home sales is highly desirable.

Salary Package:

• Basic salary of �32,000 plus a decent commision system
