Job Overview Aquafax is the UKs leading distributor of marine equipment, we specialise in distributing the marineindustries leading brands to our extensive customer base throughout the UK and Ireland. In this role,you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in-branch contact to answer
questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and elevate their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities Greet and serve customers, being polite, patient and helpful from the moment they enter the branch
Work on SOP system and handle customers
transactions
Working to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures inline with business goals and objectives
Working collaboratively with Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Technical Teams to maximise customer opportunities and deliver a customer first culture
Assist in receiving deliveries and stock management procedures
Keep the branch clean, tidy, well presented and re-stocked
Assist the Branch Manager with obtaining and maintaining customer relationships
Assist and support where necessary
Skills and Experience A passion for and experience in delivering
Fantastic customer service
Previous experience in a sales advisor/Customer Services position
Have an interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry
Good communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve
Knowledge of SOP systems
To be result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets
