The Sales Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company's sales reporting and analysis, and are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Reporting Analyst to drive their reporting capabilities and support the sales and finance teams. The Role: Daily sales KPI reporting, including review of key trends and metrics. Customer sales and rebate reporting, including month-end reporting with streamlined and standardised reports. Sales campaign reporting and collaboration with the marketing team on campaigns and sales. Report development and continuous improvement using available reporting tools, including Salesforce for optimising sales reporting capabilities. ERP data reviews to ensure system integrity and support for the Finance Business Partner with analysis, reporting, and ad hoc tasks. Assist the sales team with reporting and analysis requests, and work towards a self-service reporting model while supporting sales budget and forecasts with scenario-based planning and what-if analysis. The Person: Proficient in using analysis tools to provide insights and support Sales teams in identifying opportunities and improvements. Experienced in working with an ERP system, with a comprehensive understanding of various components of a delivery business. Possess strong attention to detail and an inquisitive nature. Exceptional communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Analytical and numerate, with meticulous attention to detail. Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
