A rapidly expanding property management company in Stoke on Trent is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join them on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 12 months of experience assisting with property lettings or sales, who is ready to hit the ground running and contribute towards the continued success of the business.
As the Sales and Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for:
* Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers.
* Generating and nurturing new business leads.
* Arranging property viewings for both sales and lettings.
* Managing property listings, ensuring information is accurate.
* Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
* Conducting viewings for both sales and lettings properties.
* Supporting buyers with mortgage and conveyancing requirements.
* Handling administrative tasks relating to property transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Maintaining a strong knowledge of the local property market and trends.
The Sales and Lettings Negotiator will have the following skills and attributes:
* Minimum of 12 months experience in a sales team, preferably in the real estate industry.
* Organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
* Take pride in work and appearance, and providing exceptional customer service.
* Full UK driving licence and own transport is essential.
You will be working Monday to Friday from the office in Stoke and from various locations in and around the Stoke-on-Trent (ST1 – ST7) area.
Appointment will be subject to right to work checks, satisfactory references and undertaking an online personality test.
