We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator to support a growing business at our client based in Weymouth . As a key member of the sales department, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and responding to sales inquiries, following up on leads, and managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
�Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front-line point of contact for customers, handling calls and emails
- Coordinate and respond to sales inquiries and quote requests in a timely manner
- Follow up on quotes that have not been accepted or responded to
- Engage with and follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Business Development team on researching contacts and related activities
- Complete and submit all administration for exhibitions in a timely manner
�Qualifications
- A level education or equivalent, or proven experience in a similar environment
- Strong literacy and numerical skills
- Ideally possessing an engineering background or qualification.
- Experience in Tricorn MRP Softwareand Hubspot CRM sales & marketing software would be beneficial
- Competent in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
�Day-to-Day
- Responding to customer inquiries and quote requests
- Following up on quotes and leads from marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with the Marketing & Business Development team
- Completing administrative tasks for exhibitions
- Undertaking other duties as directed by the Directors
