A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting an Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working a 36-hour week Monday - Friday (hours listed below) and paying �26,000 - �29,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing and entering customer orders.
- Telephoning customers and taking orders over the phone.
- Assisting customers with enquiries.
- Liaising with company drivers and warehouse staff.
- Creating social media content and posting regularly.
- Updating company website.
- Creating and updating product lists and point of sale material for customers and sales team.
- Supporting sales team and management with promotional and administrative duties.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales and Marketing Administrator position:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient IT skills including excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft packages.
- Highly organised and ability to multitask.
- Ability to adapt to different software systems.
- Experience of working with Canva/Wordpress desirable.
- Previous Admin and Secretarial experience.
As this role will be alternating with your colleague opening and closing, your hours will be as follows:
- Monday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
- Tuesday: 8.00am - 4.00pm
- Wednesday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
- Thursday: 8.00am - 4.00pm
- Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
