Fantastic opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Director to join this growing Art Agency
Part time - 5 x half days per week - hybrid role but travel to London office required regularly (Mon mornings essential & occasional evenings for events)
12 month fixed term contract covering for maternity
Our client project manage large Fine Art deals, primarily with the luxury hospitality & hotel industries across over 20 countries
You will be of graduate calibre & have a proven track record in effectively managing Marketing & Sales teams - you don’t necessarily need to be from an Art background; might suit someone from an Advertising Agency or Marketing Agency potentially, however they are flexible on background (although fast paced creative / design / hospitality industries preferred)
You will have line management responsibilities for 4x Managers across 3 departments and a total of 6 direct reports and some wider team responsibility
The core function of the role is to ensure consistent, clear management of the Sales and Marketing departments and to ensure that headline and specific financial targets are met. Key to this role will be maintaining excellent client servicing standards, troubleshooting and nurturing talent.
You will be supported in your role by the CEO, Sales Leads and our Marketing Manager. You will work closely with other department heads and with the Senior Management Team, regularly feeding back and reporting on team and sales performance, making suggestions for improvement where relevant. You will be required to issue reports to the Board and for quarterly Townhalls.

Required Experience:
Proven experience in managing Sales and Marketing teams.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on motivating, coaching and developing talent
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.Ability to analyse market trends and identify new opportunities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Experience in managing sales budgets and tracking performance against financial goals.
Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices.
Experience in reporting to senior management and presenting to the Board.
Pro-rata basic salary: £70-80K - please note - the advert states the potential earnings if it were a full-time role so you need to pro rata down for half days
