My well established Building Services client are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Duties:-
- Develop and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company's services
- Work collaboratively with the sales/estimating team
- Develop innovative marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain professional relationships
- Assist the estimating department with administration tasks
- Keep a log of incoming and submitted tenders
- Develop sales and order reporting and business statistics
- Update pricing documents
- Manage all aspects of social media and advertising
Key Skills:-
- Essential you have worked in a similar role previously
- Knowledge of marketing and sales principles with a track record of success
- Proven experience in creating PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks in line with business deadlines
- Must be able to work independently and make decisions that align with company goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- If you have worked within Construction / Building Service previously this would be advantageous.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations, think independently and demonstrate savvy skills in various marketing and sales activities.
