Sales And Marketing Executive

My well established Building Services client are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

Duties:-

• Develop and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations


• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company's services


• Work collaboratively with the sales/estimating team


• Develop innovative marketing strategies


• Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth


• Maintain professional relationships


• Assist the estimating department with administration tasks


• Keep a log of incoming and submitted tenders


• Develop sales and order reporting and business statistics


• Update pricing documents


• Manage all aspects of social media and advertising

Key Skills:-

• Essential you have worked in a similar role previously


• Knowledge of marketing and sales principles with a track record of success


• Proven experience in creating PowerPoint presentations


• Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


• Able to multitask and prioritise tasks in line with business deadlines


• Must be able to work independently and make decisions that align with company goals


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges


• If you have worked within Construction / Building Service previously this would be advantageous.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations, think independently and demonstrate savvy skills in various marketing and sales activities.
