Sales And Marketing Manager

Baker Group are recruiting an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager on behalf of our client based in Huddersfield, Kirklees.�

The overall responsibilities of the role are as follows;

�Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans�

Managing and developing the internal sales team�

Enhancing relationships with key clients, driving up market share

Working to sales targets ensuring budgets are achieved�

Collaborating with other departments to drive up sales growth�

Analyzing market trends and the results of marketing campaigns�

Experience required for the role;

Excellent communication skills�

Proven track record of business development working to sales targets and setting budgets

Strong leaderships skills and the ability to manage a small team�

Experience in implementing marketing campaigns and monitoring their impact�

The ability to motivate and mentor others�

The ability to lead commercial conversations with business stakeholders�
