This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing professional to join a developing business in the Cardiff region. This role will be well suited to a candidate with a strong grounding in a scientific discipline to drive sales and marketing campaigns. The business are in a growth phase and this is a vital acquisition for the business to further develop business growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and industry events.
• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients about our testing services.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Qualification in a scientific discipline - biotechnology, biochemistry, biology.
• Experience working in a sales and marketing function.
• Technical sales experience.
