A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Project Coordinator to join a leading construction specialist in Birmingham. The company specialise in fa�ade related products for the commercial sector and due to continuous growth, they require a Sales / Project Coordinator to join their team.

Sales and Project Co-Ordinator Position Remuneration
  • Starting salary of �25,000 - �30,000
  • 28 Days holiday (Plus additional days for long service)

Sales and Project Co-Ordinator Position Overview

Sales and Customer Relations:

  • Handle incoming enquiries via email and phone, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Track and chase projects to ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Estimating, Sales, and Clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Project Coordination:

  • Maintain comprehensive project lists, ensuring all details are up-to-date and accurately reflected.
  • Coordinate project schedules and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are informed of progress.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, quotes, and contracts.

Operations Support:

  • Assist the Operations Manager with transport and logistics arrangements, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery schedules.
  • Organize deliveries and coordinate with the fabrication team to ensure seamless production planning.
  • Support inventory management and procurement processes to maintain optimal stock levels.

Sales and Project Co-Ordinator Position Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of the fa�ade or construction industry is a plus.
  • Ability to manage relationships with suppliers, clients and colleagues.
  • Team player to work across departments and inter-company.
