Sales and Rental Coordinator - Bridge of Don

Competitive salary of �33,000 - �35,000 depending on experience, free parking, on-site canteen, 25 holidays + 8 bank holidays per year, health care plan and the opportunity to join the business' during an exciting period of growth.

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, based fully on site.

As Rental & Sales Coordinator you will:

Co-ordinate and administer the effective delivery of hire and sales quotes to agreed delivery timescale, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.
Day to day you will:

Answering telephone and email enquiries and acting as initial point of contact for clients.

• Preparation and submission of quotes
• Tracking quotations
• Provision of technical advice and information to clients and prospective clients
• Update of information in rental and certification databases
• Overseeing and administering of deliveries and other logistical requirements
• Preparation and submission of sales invoices
• Liaising between office, procurement and warehouse functions
• Overseeing operations and Inbound / Outbound Logistics
• Scheduling import and export shipments
• Produce system reports

The successful candidate will need:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience working in logistics would be advantageous
• A thorough understanding of the sale and hire/lease processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy of work
• Time management skills
• Ability to identify and resolve problems satisfactorily
