Are you a people person looking for a fresh opportunity to showcase your talents?

Our client is seeking a Sales and Reservations Coordinator to join the team based at their stunning venue featuring over 200 guest bedrooms, bright and airy event spaces, a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, and a PGA-equivalent 18-hole golf course.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their sales team, supporting reservations, golf event management, and meetings & events coordination.

What We’re Looking For?

* A willingness to learn and be part of a hard-working, friendly team

* Confidence in handling phone enquiries and making calls

* Basic keyboard skills and the ability to manage bookings efficiently

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Experience in a hotel environment is a plus but not essential

Your Role:

* Assist with reservations, golf events, and conference & event sales

* Handle bookings and customer enquiries through our in-house systems

* Provide administrative support to the sales team

* Work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure smooth operations
