Sales and Renewals Advisor

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: �23,900, with opportunity for commission to raise salary up to �30,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Are you a proactive and friendly communicator with a passion for sales? Join our team as a Sales and Renewals Team Member and play a crucial role in selling motor-related products directly to consumers through both inbound and outbound telephone campaigns.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales and Renewals Team Member:

  • Make outbound and receive inbound telephone calls on campaigns assigned by your line manager.
  • Ensure all interactions with or on behalf of our customers follow the required regulatory rules, including but not limited to Consumer Duty & GDPR.
  • Consistently achieve performance targets against metrics including calls per day/month, contacts per day/month, sales per day/month, cancellation rates, and conduct risk/compliance measures based on call evaluations.
  • Maintain required levels of adherence to schedule.
  • Engage fully and positively in all off-phone activities (one-to-ones, team meetings, training sessions).
  • Share successful, compliant sales techniques with colleagues to drive improved results for all.
  • Comply with AmTrust procedures, policies, and regulations as relevant to remit.
  • Complete all mandatory and job-specific training requirements in line with the required time frames and as directed by your line manager.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation.
