Sales and Service Administrator Immediate start
Location: Herefordshire
Shifts: Part-time hours covering 3-5 days (Monday-Friday/08:00-17:00/No weekends)
Contract: Permanent

Service / Sales Admin Assistant duties:
Produce vehicle invoices
Bring vehicles into stock
Produce purchase orders for external suppliers
Produce the commission invoices
Produce accruals on internal systems
Check all funding matches
Working within the Administration department, you will have excellent people skills, enthusiasm and motivational skills.
Strong administration skills plus Microsoft at an intermediate level, knowledge of Pinnacle would be desirable but not essential as well as outstanding organisational skills and great attention to detail.
Requirements:
Experience in a dealership of at least 1 year
Able to use Pinnacle
Customer service skills
Well presented
Licence/Certification :
Driving Licence (preferred)
