This role will be to ensure that this silo of apprenticeships and bootcamps perform to the very best they can be. We also want to launch more programmes across our employers and this role will be working with the curriculum and delivery teams to ensure that they are the very best on the market.The requirement to drive Quality Assurance across the company is paramount. The post holder will be responsible for timely sampling, Development Coach (DC) support and meeting AO, Mock assessments and EPAO requirements for apprentices on programme. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Timely desktop sampling (using Bud Systems) following the company sampling strategy with rich and impactful developmental feedbackDeliver, monitor, and evaluate DC/Tutor CPD requirements (remote and face to face) following the Quality Framework and provide feedback and action planningSupporting and developing curriculum and assets across the sales sectorDeep dives and assessment of every area of the deliveryConduct apprentice and employer interviews as per sampling strategyConduct quality assurance sampling of our curriculum e-learning and resourcesConduct timely observations of teaching and learning in line with the teaching and learning policyConduct timely Mock EPA activity with apprentices and employers (where relevant) once triggered by the Development Coaches (DCs)Maintain active support and guidance for DCsActively support and monitor all Quality improvement activity through our live Quality Improvement PlanContribute to all Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement processesKeep up to date with any industry and curriculum changesWork with the Head of Quality to plan and lead on any relevant external/accreditation visitsAttend and lead (when relevant) developmental/standardisation/team meetings or training sessionsComplete any CPD requirement as directed by the business and/or your line managerKEY OUTCOMES TO BE MEASURED (KPI’S)Maintain a sampling plan for your DCs in line with the company’s sampling strategy (either manually or within Bud)Ensure all planned samples are carried out in a timely manner.Conduct DC observations and support.Provide robust oral and written feedback to DCs that leads to timely apprentice completions (Success rates).Develop DCs to excel in their operational activity, delivery and overall customer experience.Ensure all IQA practice meets Awarding Organisation/End Point Assessment Organisation expectations.Facilitate standardisation meetings/training sessions as per Apprentify Annual Quality and Curriculum Planner.Support the company to deliver on agreed GROWTH objectives.Ensure Bud Systems is fully utilised to manage and monitor learner progress.Conduct Mock End-Point Assessments for all apprentices.ESSENTIALS:Assessor, IQA and Trainer qualified and with experience in Apprenticeships.Competence and experience within the sector (Sales Executive/IT Technical Salesperson standards).IQA experience of delivering Apprenticeship Standards and conducting Mock End-point Assessments.Experience in observations of teaching and learning.Experience of using BKSB and CognAssist desirableProven track record of raising standards of delivery, developing staff and leading EQA visitsExperience of using ePortfolios (Bud Systems desirable) and Learning Management SystemsSound knowledge of Ofsted and the Education Inspection Framework.
