Sales Assistant - Engineering

The Role:

Assisting the sales department with 2D CAD layout drawings and sales administration which includes processing of new orders etc. 

Responsibilities:-

Produce and amend 2D CAD general arrangement layout drawings.

Processing of new orders from customers. Liaise with customers on the telephone & via. email.

Liaise with design and production departments. Preferred skills:-Basic 2D CAD experience. 

Essential skills:-

Familiarity with basic office tasks and computer packages.

Excellent telephone manner. Attention to detail / accuracy with numbers. Ability to work well in a team.

The hours of work are:-

Monday-Thursday 7:45am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch + 2 off 15 minutes breaks. Friday 7:45am to 1:45pm with a 15 minute break. We pay for the breaks, but not lunch. This gives a working week of 41 hours.

Salary negotiable dependant on level of experience.
