Sales Associate
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm
£27,000 - £30,000 per annum - Annual Bonus + Uncapped Commision
Potentially a home-based position for the right candidate to be based anywhere in the UK
I am currently representing a rapidly growing medical manufacturing/distribution company who are looking to expand their successful sales team. I am looking for a motivated and results driven candidate who is passionate about selling and customer service/satisfaction
with the ability to achieve challenging targets. This position would suit someone who is really keen on progression and is looking to work their way up within a company.
This is a varied position with duties being such as;
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, upselling, cross-selling, business development and account management
Key skills:
Using a CRM system to update customers information maintaining a high quality of record keeping
Communicating and partnering with selected customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Implement excellent customer service with the aim to build and develop long lasting relationships (selling to industry related companies)
Achieving/exceeding ambitious sales targets
Effectively communicate the technical value proposition via phone, conference calls and email
Partner with the internal sales department to prepare and present winning quotations and sales proposals
Coordinate with prospects/customers to arrange and prepare for product demonstrations
Positively promote the company profile, products and services
