Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch.


• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of estate agents.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.


• Drive business development and marketing initiatives.


• Monitor and report on branch performance.

Skills:

• Proven experience in a sales management role or senior negotiator role ready for the next step.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• In-depth knowledge of the property market and relevant legislation.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.


• Highly organized with good attention to detail.


• Full UK driving license.
