Location: Kidderminster
Salary: �11.44 per hour + Uncapped Commission�(based on contracts won)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Must have a valid UK driving licence (Company vans & fuel card provided)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Coordinator to join our globally known client in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales, engineering, or the food industry who enjoys building relationships, managing leads, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and validating leads to drive business growth.
  • Arranging and attending meetings with clients across the country.
  • Coordinating the scheduling of engineers for site visits.
  • Managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as updating CRM systems and preparing reports.
Requirements:
  • A full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Industry experience in engineering or the food sector (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
