Job Description:

We seek an experienced Sales Executive with a proven sales track record and expertise in the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive client interaction experience and valuable industry contacts, suitable for a strategic sales and business development role.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition and retention.
  • Business Development: Generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to build strong relationships and secure sales.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
  • Order Management: Process orders and ensure timely delivery, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Order Processing: Manage orders for workwear and high-visibility garments.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Experience:


  • Sales Experience: Minimum1 years in sales, preferably in Construction/PPE/Workwear.
  • Customer Visits: Proven experience in client visits and relationship building.
  • Sales Channels: Strong understanding of offline and online sales strategies understanding of workwear and high-visibility applications is a plus.
  • Business Development: Experience in designing sales funnels and creating effective strategies.
  • Knowledge of online sales platforms preferred; LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft 365, CRM software (HubSpot preferred), and email marketing platforms.
