We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Business Support Projects Coordinator based at our Pembridge site working 39 hours per week to join our Sales & Business Support team.
As the Coordinator you will liaise and coordinate the customer base of Kingspan TEK and associated internal & external departments. You will be responsible for the receipt, distribution & logging of enquires, order processing & entry, project estimating, tracking and forecasting, as well as coordinating logistical options for customers across the world inclusive of producing export documentation all in conjunction with the company CRM & SAP systems.
Responsibilities of our Projects Coordinator
Provide day to day support to delivery partners and the External Sales Team as the central point of contact.
Deal with enquiries from a variety of sources, including members of the public, main contractors, architects and developers. These enquiries will be via marketing and other associations that the service is registered with.
Distributing enquiries to appropriate parties, whilst maintaining accurate and up to date information in the company's CRM system and adhering to general data protection rules.
Producing quotations and inputting orders onto the SAP system and ensuring that all stages of processes have been completed in order to finalise orders and organise logistics for delivery, whilst understanding margin balances.
