A full-time vacancy and a part-time (3 day vacancy)Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Consultant to join us in continuing the success within our partners’ retail stores by managing customer needs, building and maintaining customer relationships and focusing on new sales opportunities, all through excellent communication and a positive approach within a premium and fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Consultant will use their strong selling skills to assist clients with all purchases. The Sales Consultant will be an effective brand ambassador, building rapport and relationships with existing customers, as well as providing outstanding service in all customer interactions.The Sales Consultant will be responsible for the following key accountabilities:Assisting and interacting with customers in a warm and courteous manner,Engaging every client in an interaction that results in the highest level of client satisfaction that positively impact both sales and service.Utilise exemplary selling skills to effectively identify customer needs and close sales.Adherence at all times to PAIGE and retailer guidelines specific to each storeProactive communication with the Retail Co-ordination Manager on stock, staffing and sales to ensure an efficient running of the business.Stock management including stock takes, deliveries, visual merchandising and replenishment.Driving sell throughs on slow sellers.Resolve or escalate all customer issues.Creation of a detailed review of the business and product at the end of each season, including good competitor awareness of product and sale periods.Building key relationships with store managers and teams (as appropriate)Support events and store pop ups, with an understanding of sales targets/plansAd hoc requests as required by the Retail Coordination ManagerRequired Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:Previous retail experience or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.) denim experience preferred, department store experience preferred.Excellent fashion knowledgeExcellent retail operations knowledgeProven track record in achieving sales results.Willingness to work retail business hours including nights, weekends and bank holidays.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer service skills and the ability to prioritise while handling multiple tasks.Ability to work with a diverse client base.Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and willing to adaptProficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and Microsoft Outlook/e-mail.Must currently be based in & hold authorisation to work in the United KingdomAbout the Company:PAIGE, we believe that every choice we've ever made-the big ones, the small ones, the right or the wrong-has led us to this moment.
