Our client is seeking a dynamic and polished Sales Consultant to join their team at a reputable company located in their customer-centric office in Borehamwood. Comprehensive training will be provided, but candidates should possess a friendly disposition, relish the opportunity to engage with customers, and demonstrate proficiency in IT.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Generating leads, and making outbound calls & on boarding new clients

  • Lead generation of potential new clients via our internal database or other means

  • Obtaining and negotiating pricing with suppliers, including discounts

  • Develop continuing relationships with existing customers with an aim to increase their monthly spend

  • Ensure all client expectations and needs are not only met but exceeded, thereby fostering long-term relationships.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

  • Regularly assess client feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance overall client experience.



The successful candidate will have:




  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

  • Computer literate, including MS Excel

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • A willing and flexible attitude
