Join an award-winning company and develop your sales career taking advantage of an uncapped commission structure allowing you to earn an estimated �50,000 OTE in your first year.�We're looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual with telesales/sales experience to generate new business and build rapport with clients.



Hours:




  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

  • Early finishes on Friday

Duties:




  • Work in full 360 capacity; generating new business, and closing your own sales

  • Identify sales opportunities and generate leads

  • Eliminate objections using your own market/product�knowledge

  • Present unique solutions to save client's�money, time, and reduce their carbon emissions

  • Adhere to sales compliance rules

  • Accurately maintain the CRM system

  • Consistently pursue and understand your pipeline

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and revenue targets



Requirements and Qualifications:




  • Significant outbound sales experience (preferably within the energy industry however, full training will be provided)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to handle pressure of targets and deadlines

  • Self-motivated and driven

  • Proficient at Microsoft packages i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
