SALES COORDINATOR
To provide support the sales team and customers, tendering, sales, and technical support to the Sales Managers in line with company objectives / targets and customer expectations. The Sales Coordinator will also provide commercial and technical support to the customers and manage information requests through internal processes to customer satisfaction.
This will include the following key functions:
1. Produce tenders / quotations in line with customer expectations and company authorisation levels.
2. Achievement of sales and margin targets.
3. Responsibility for overseeing and maintaining the Enquiry Register / CRM packages.
4. Contract/Project/Framework review in accordance with company business / management systems.
5. Follow up enquiries in conjunction with the Sales Managers.
6. Provide monthly reports on the status of outstanding enquiries.
7. Sales order and Purchase order processing on the ERP system in accordance with company procedures
