Sales Coordinator

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and passionate about supporting sales growth? Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Co-ordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Account Manager by handling internal sales processes.


• Assist with new enquiries, ensuring all requirements are fully understood.


• Source products, liaise with suppliers, and obtain accurate pricing and lead times.


• Prepare and send quotations, process purchase orders and manage artwork approvals.


• Handle customer and supplier queries professionally and efficiently.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.


• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

Benefits:

• Our client is paying up to �25k


• Hours 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Thursday / 8.30 to 4.00 Fridays


• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays


• Company pension scheme


• Annual bonus up to �3k depending on company performance
