A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be part of a successful global organisation. They pride themselves on continuous development and improvement, both in processes and production equipment. As part of the next phase of growth, they are expanding the sales team and looking for a Sales Coordinator to join in the vision.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer queries for sales via telephone and email, ensure all customer requirements are confirmed and logged and passed to relevant sales personnel.
  • Ensuring customer concerns/complaints are passed to quality team
  • Maintain the sales system from quotation stage to Sales order receipt, including ensuring correctly detailed information.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) - experience with Sage is a plus.
