Our client is an established organisation looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their team based in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused Sales Coordinator to become an integral member of the team.

The role will be varied but duties will include:

  • Managing enquiries regarding new orders.
  • Preparing quotations for customers.
  • Creating detailed CAD drawings.
  • Liaising with customers via phone and email.
  • Maximising sales opportunities.
  • Liaising with suppliers and updating customers regarding deliveries and timescales.
  • Being proactive in identifying new business customers.
  • Offering excellent customer service to maintain and develop relationships.
  • Developing an excellent product knowledge and offering basic levels of technical support to customers.
  • Liaising with internal departments.
  • Maintain and updating records.

About you:

  • Strong sales administration skills and experience.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • The ability to work as part of a team, as well as managing your own workload.
  • A strong and proactive team player.
