About the Company:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an Enterprise SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying potential enterprise customers. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting, engaging with senior-level decision-makers, and setting up qualified meetings for our Enterprise Account Executives.Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation:Research and identify potential enterprise accounts using various tools and platforms.Conduct outbound outreach through emails, phone calls, and social media to engage prospects.Qualifying Leads:Engage with inbound leads and qualify their interest and fit for our solutions.Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the prospect’s needs and pain points.Collaboration:Work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to develop and execute targeted account strategies.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and campaigns.Pipeline Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.Track and report on key metrics and performance indicators.Continuous Learning:Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.Qualifications:Previous experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets in a high-volume outbound prospecting environment.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify prospects.Ability to engage with senior-level executives and build relationships.Tools:Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).Attributes:Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.
