Sales Development Representative (SDR) - DACH & NE MarketsNew opportunity this week to join the team of a business that helps their clients develop world-class Tech Teams internationally.Currently seeking a motivated and ambitious SDR to join the team, focusing on the DACH and Benelux markets - Fluent-level German and (ideally) additional fluency in Dutch is preferred.This is the perfect role for you if...You thrive on challenges and maintain a positive, self-motivated attitude.You are passionate about prospecting and have experience in B2B sales, particularly within mid-to-large enterprises.Hungry to close dealsYou are resilient, focused, and driven to achieve results.The Role:As an SDR, your primary goal will be to generate a strong sales pipeline through effective client management, setting up pre-qualified appointments for your regional Business Development Manager.This position is based in London with the flexibility to work from home on a hybrid basis.Key Responsibilities:Understand and communicate the unique value proposition to create conversation with potential clients.Demonstrate a high-level understanding of pricing and customer use cases to provide effective introductions.Cross-departmental collaboration.Identify decision-makers within target companies.Structure your daily activities efficiently and remain accountable for all follow-up actions.Maintain CRM and database, logging all activities and actions to stay on top of your pipeline.You’ll be a great fit if you have:Experience in Sales and are eager to transition into Tech Sales.Fluent written and spoken German and Dutch, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both languages.A motivated, hungry attitude and a strong desire to succeed.What’s on Offer:£30,000 pa - £40,000 pa + £10,000 - £15,000 pa OTE (On-Target Earnings).25 days of paid holiday + bank holidays.Hybrid/flexible working arrangements (office and home-based).Opportunity to travel internationally.Contribution to retirement savings.
