ROLE: Sales Development Representative

LOCATION: Alderley Edge (South Manchester)
SALARY: £25,000-£27,000 + uncapped commission (£35,000 - £38,000 OTE in Year One)

THE BENEFITS
Uncapped commission structure - first year on target earnings will be around £35,000

You'll go straight into their industry leading sales training programme which includes online and in-person training. You will have full access to all the training resources you could need to be successful.
As well as this you will join the Prime Sales Academy which is a 12-week programme providing all of the skills needed to be a successful SDR!
Quick progression with the aim being to become a Senior SDR in around 6 months and then an Account Executive (AE) after a further 6-9 months. Long-term view would be to hopefully lead a team
Directly reporting into the Head of Growth who joined the company 4 years ago as a fresh graduate, without any sales experience. Somebody who has been there and done it, now teaching the next generation how to be successful
THE ROLE
Building a strong, consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline within your assigned territory
Research potential sales opportunities and conduct high quality conversations with prospects through phone calls, email and LinkedIn
Track and qualify both inbound and outbound leads within the CRM system
Target-based role, so you will be responsible for meeting daily KPIs and booking meetings with prospects
Collaborate with senior members of the team and strive towards meeting team sales targets
Attain a thorough knowledge of the business itself, the industry and their clients - become a market expert
Build rapport with key decision makers to give the ultimate experience
