Sales Development Representative - Rotherham



Job Title: Sales Development Representative



Department: Sales



Directly responsible to: Managing Director



Hours of Work: 20 - 37.5 hours per week, flexible working between the hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm, candidate dependent.



Salary: £25,000 per annum pro rata / £30,000 OTE / Revenue Share Model for Closed Business

Job Description:



They are seeking a passionate sales professional who excels in building and nurturing relationships. The ideal candidate should either have prior experience in a sales environment and be accustomed to working toward achievable targets, driven by key performance indicators (KPIs) or have the drive, confidence and ability to learn quickly as our client has a full onboarding process mapped out.



As the Sales Development Representative, you will proactively profile and build relationships with end-user organisations that align with our client’s current ideal customer profile.



While prior experience in the technology industry is desirable, it is not essential, as our client provides a comprehensive induction program. They are particularly interested in candidates who showcase flair and tenacity in their approach to multi-channel sales activities covering phone calls, email, direct messaging, networking and social media activities.



This role is a pivotal first on the ground opportunity, and we are dedicated to integrating the successful candidate into our clients long-term vision, with ample opportunities for progression within the organisation for the suitable candidate.

Responsibilities:



• Develop a monthly to quarterly pipeline for our ideal clients.



• Achieve set monthly appointment setting targets.



• Introduce and articulate the company's go-to-market proposition.



• Collaborate with the marketing department to promote the company through social media channels, such as LinkedIn.  Both Sales Navigator and Dripify will be available. 



• Build multi-level customer profiles, including decision-makers and influencers.



• HubSpot CRM management.



• Manage inbound marketing leads.



• Make outbound calls to new prospects.
