Bristol - Office Based Only
You are expected to have at least 1 year of cold calling experience.
The SDR Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of up to 10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in our Bristol Office who are focused on generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the SaaS industry, and a proven track record in sales development. You will report directly into the Sales Development Director.
This role would be ideal for somebody with prior sales leadership experience or the desire to move into a leadership role.

The ideal candidate must have:
Strong inner drive, resilient & winning mindset and energy to deliver results against targets.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful multi-channel outreach campaigns that drive lead generation and engagement using outbound activity such as Cold Calling, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience using CRM systems such as SalesLoft or other sales tools to manage leads, track activity, and performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
A natural desire to personally develop and thrive in a fast paced, growing business.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Either experience leading an Outbound team OR the desire to progress into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with Recruitment team to deliver high calibre Sales Development Representatives into the team. Holding first & second stage interviews.
Secure meetings with Key Decision makers through your own prospecting efforts (both outbound calls and multichannel)
Lead your team to hit their weekly, monthly & quarterly targets, both appointments booked, sat & revenue generated through weekly 121s, live coaching, call listening and roleplays.
Train and support your team through their promotion cycle (estimated 6-12 months duration) involving both upskilling and mindset management.
Work directly with Bristol Sales leaders and AE's to ensure and continue the highest quality of leads from your team.
Work directly with Bristol Head of Sales to ensure constant stream of high-quality sales talent into the division.
