�85,000 base + �6,000 car allowance + generous performance bonuses (OTE: �130,000+)

Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for high-end wellness, fitness, and luxury hospitality? Do you excel at working with architects, designers, and developers at the design, installation, refurbishment, or retrofit stage?

Our client, an innovator in smart cold-water therapy, is seeking a Sales Director to drive UK expansion, build and lead a high-performance sales team, and position their luxury wellness products as the gold standard in spas, hotels, and fitness centres.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role for a sales leader who thrives in a hands-on, hunter-style role, initially winning business as an individual contributor, before building, recruiting, and leading an internal and external sales team.

The Product Line

  • Smart Ice Baths - Fully temperature-controlled, self-icing systems delivering crystal-clear water at 0�C, designed for elite recovery.

  • Luxury Cold Plunge Barrels - Upcycled whisky barrels, cooling water to 3�C, ideal for outdoor wellness spaces.

  • Custom & Commercial Ice Baths - Bespoke, integrated wellness installations tailored for high-end hospitality and fitness spaces.

  • High-End Wellness Solutions - Innovating beyond cold therapy to create premium contrast therapy experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business as an Individual Contributor (Hunter Mindset)
  • Initially, take a hands-on sales approach, winning key accounts and closing deals.
  • Develop & Execute a High-Growth Sales Strategy
  • Targeting luxury hotels, spas, resorts, gyms, wellness retreats, and high-end property developers.
  • Engage Decision-Makers Early
  • Work closely with architects, designers, and developers to specify and integrate wellness solutions at the design, refurbishment, or retrofit stages.
  • Build a Strong Sales Pipeline
  • Secure both immediate retrofit projects and long-term, high-value contracts.
  • Recruit, Lead & Mentor a Sales Team -After proving success as an individual contributor, develop the internal sales team and recruit an external sales force to accelerate expansion.
  • Expand into International Markets - After strong UK growth, spearhead expansion into EMEA, APAC, and other global regions.
  • Work Closely with Marketing - Align sales and marketing strategies to generate high-value leads and project-based sales opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven Sales leader in installed high end luxury wellness or fitness or similar products.
  • Experience selling into luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, spas, wellness, fitness, or premium property development sectors.
  • Strong consultative sales background - Ideally, you've sold products such as wellness suites and recovery solutions, fitness and recovery equipment, saunas and steam rooms, hydrotherapy, in room entertainment, lighting and smart technology, jacuzzis, hot tubs, pools, high-end bathrooms, bedroom suites, in room smart entertainment, luxury outdoor terrace solutions such outdoor showers, firepits, luxury bar and dining fixtures including wine storage, security systems, or other luxury installed solutions.
  • Hunter Mentality with a track record of winning business - must be comfortable selling as an individual contributor before transitioning into a leadership role.
  • Proven Experience in recruiting & leading sales teams - ability to build, mentor, and manage both internal and external sales teams.
  • Strong network and relationships with Architects, Specifiers & Developers - You know how to influence decision-makers at the design stage.
