My client is a dynamic, growth-oriented company operating in a high-technology market.
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive sustainable growth, manage sales teams, and expand market share across UK/EMEA territories. You will be the key driver in executing the company’s vision and ensuring its long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute the Sales Strategy and Annual Plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Manage and motivate the internal and external sales teams to exceed performance targets.
· Lead tender responses and drive the development of the channel strategy for all business units.
· Build and sustain long-term relationships with key customers, identifying new opportunities and markets.
· Provide insights and solutions to ensure continuous growth, overseeing performance reports, and tactical improvements.
Key Requirements:
· 15+ years of Sales Management experience, preferably in the microelectronics sector
· Experience with aerospace and defense
· Proven track record of driving significant growth and delivering on targets.
· Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating teams.
· Strong commercial acumen and experience in business development and contract negotiations.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field (or equivalent industry experience).
