Sales Director Department: Sales Employment Type: Permanent - Part Time Location: London Compensation: £50,000 - £75,000 / year Description We are looking for an ambitious and competitive sales professional to join the Commercial Sales team at GDS. Known as a Business Development Executive, you will play the pivotal role of acquiring new clients and growing out existing accounts. At GDS we pride ourselves on rewarding our sales team, so you will receive a monthly, uncapped commission scheme so your success is recognized and rewarded. The role: Research and generate leads across technical markets. Provide strong domain and vertical expertise to help develop solutions that promote long-term engagement with GDS Group. Working with new and emerging technology providers worldwide. Articulate our value proposition to ensure the business impact of the solution is understood by our prospect/client. What you will bring to the role: Passionate for new business sales/prospecting 5+ years of B2B sales experience Proven ability to ask probing questions to understand the client s business and technology issues and consult on solutions that align to their requirement Ability to work under pressure, organize and priorities responsibilities Experience in cold outreach, LinkedIn and new business prospecting. Good organisation and timekeeping. Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships. Articulate communicator with strong phone-based presentation skills Experience of managing a team within a sales environment What's in it for you: Ongoing training.
